Smoking cigars and inhaling?
I recently switched to smoking small mild cigars but have read that you are not supposed to inhale cigars. I was smoking 20 Marlboro Reds a day but have cut down to 5-8 Hamlet cigars. I inhale when I smoke them but now prefer the flavour to cigarettes. Is the reason you don’t inhale cigars because it is more dangerous than inhaling cigarettes or something else?
(+ I am fully aware that smoking is bad for your health but I enjoy it and for the moment do not want to give up)
The cigars do have nicotine in them. Most people don’t inhale cigar smoke because it’s too strong for them (a lot of nicotine). Cigars don’t have all the chemicals and flavorings that cigarettes do, so enjoy it!
