Health Effects of Little Cigars?

I recently tried a little cigar for the first time and I really enjoyed it. However, I only smoke marijuana (no cigarettes and I don’t drink!) because I want to remain healthy. After a ton of research I decided that weed was my healthiest option.
However, I also know from my own research that having a cigar a week or a cigar a month, or even a cigar a day poses negligible health risks. It’s really not that bad for you.
However, little cigars aren’t exactly the same as a nice, handmade Cuban. My question, then, is this:
Assuming I smoke it properly (meaning, assuming I “sip” it as you would on a normal cigar, NOT inhale like a cigarette), how bad would it be to smoke a pack of little cigars a month or a pack a week?
Would it still be very bad for you?

little to none. I’ve been smoking 2 packs of little cigars a week for years.
in my opinion the whole smoking thing is blown completley out of proportion, just a bored moms if you ask me.
everything has some danger but are we going to hide in are closest everyday?
